物流园区及其建设发展研究

物流园区的出现是物流业快速发展的内在要求。物流园区的推广和快速发展重要的原因是政府的重视，倡导和支持。目前，我国物流产业的发展正处于起步阶段，积极培育第三方物流企业和规划建设现代物流园区是推进我国现代物流业发展的两大主题。本文首先对物流园区的发展和类型进行了简要介绍，在此基础上重点剖析了物流园区在我国的发展现状和存在的问题，为其在我国的健康发展提供了借鉴。
