| 摘 要： | 建立公司法人治理机制是建立现代企业制度的重要内容,但由于特殊的历史背景,目前我国国有企业存在着新三会(即股东大会、董事会和监事会)与老三会(即党委会、职工代表大会和工会)之间职能混乱、相互掣肘的现象,本文从研究老三会存在的必要性着手,对如何建立二者之间新型关系的提出了若干建议。 |
