科学技术的进步,信息产业和互连网的空前发展,促进了世界经济全球化。中国已成为WTO的成员国,中国对外开放和发展经济都需要现代物流业发展。发展现代物流的必须途径是必须深入进行物流体制改革;制定发展我国现代物流产业的总目标;积极促进我国第三方物流的发展;积极促进供应链的形成,并加强对供应链的管理;加大对物流研究与创新力度,加快物流人才的培养,提高我国的物流科学技术水平;充分发挥物流协会的中介作用。

The Approaches of Expanding Modern Logistics in China

The improvement of science and technology, especially the unparalleled developments of IT industry and the Internet accelerates the economic globalization. With the access to WTO, China finds it necessary to develop the modern logistics in the process of fulfilling economic and open policy. The development of modern logistics in China calls for extensive reform. A comprehensive goal must be established, including promoting the third logistics and shaping the supply chain, as well as strengthening the management of the providence chain. To reach such goals we must stimulate research and innovation, improve the technology, and expedite the education and training of human resource. At the same time, we should strengthen the function of the logistics association, which functions as an important intermdeiary. In conclusion, the proposals above are necessary approaches to developing the modern logistics in China.
