| 摘 要： | 效率与公平是收入分配的核心问题,也是经济发展追求的两个主要目标.基于效率与公平关系的欠发达地区收入分配格局分析,发现欠发达地区收入分配存在如下问题:居民收入差距扩大、公共收入与居民收入的不均衡增长、经济增长与收入增长的不均衡等.以贵州省兴仁县作为实例分析得出:树立"效率与公平并重"的理念以及把公平原则制度化,是收入分配问题的解决之道.
