| 摘 要： | 在当前金融体制由分业走向综合的体制变迁中，建立金融控股公司是中国金融业的现实选择。从现行的监管体制及法律框架出发，中国的金融控股公司应以纯粹控股公司为理想模式，以商业银行为主体进行金融控股公司的构建，同时在监管制度的安排上要结合中国国情并借鉴国外成功经验。

| Abstract: | During the change of financial system, it is a realistic choice for China to establish financial stock-holding company. From the current system and law frame , China should regard pure financial stock-holding company as the ideal mode. Commercial bank should proceeds for this establishment and we should draw lessons from the abroad experience. |
