山东县域经济发展的现状、问题与对策探讨

县域经济是全省经济的重要基础，决定着全省经济的整体实力和发展水平。近年来山东县域经济发展态势良好，为山东省经济持续、快速、健康发展做出了重要贡献，但县域经济发展中仍存在一些问题。本文在分析山东县域经济发展现状的基础上，从对接重点区域带动战略、明确产业发展定位、培育壮大特色经济、大力推进体制机制创新、强化县域要素支撑能力、加快推进县域城镇化、创新县域城乡一体化发展体制机制、完善县域综合考核办法等方面提出了改进对策。

On Status Quo and Problems of County Economy in Shandong and Countermeasures

County economy is the important economic foundation of the province, which determines the overall strength of the economy and development level of the province. In recent years, the development of county economy in Shandong is in good shape. It has made an important contribution to the sustainable, rapid and healthy economic development of Shandong province. However, there are still some problems in the development of the county economy. Based on the analysis of the status quo, the paper proposes some countermeasures： key areas take the lead to industrial development, foster the growth of economy with local characteristics, promote institutional innovation, strengthen the ability of county elements, and improve the comprehensive assessment of the county.
