| 摘 要： | 培养青年马克思主义者是新时期、新环境下的一项重要的社会系统工程。高校作为培养高素质人才的最主要阵地,承担着培养人才的最主要任务。培养青年马克思主义者与高校人才培养又具有一定的目标一致性,因此,高校应该成为培养青年马克思主义者的最主要阵地。本文分析了高校培养青年马克思主义者的现状、必要性,并提出了高校培养青年马克思主义者的主要措施。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of young Marxists in the new period is an important task.Universities are the places where highlyquality talents are cultivated.The training objectives in universities are consistent with the aim of cultivation of young Marxists.This paper analyzes the status quo and necessity for cultivation of young Marxists in universities,and suggests,some solutions to the problem. |
