| 摘 要： | 事业单位公开招聘对进一步深化事业单位人事制度改革,健全事业单位人事管理,促进事业单位发展具有重要意义,但是也应该看到这一制度在实施过程中还有许多地方不够完善,有的新进人员素质不全面,出现＂会考试不会做事＂的现象,用人单位不满意,也浪费了有限的政府资源。目前,公开招聘工作还存在一些问题需引起重视。
