| 摘 要： | 文学精神引领人文素质教育,文学作品蕴含的人文精神对高职生人格教育意义重大。而古典小说《西游记》中孙悟空形象所具有的种种优秀品格是高职院校语文教师进行人格教育的最宝贵资源,文章将探讨孙悟空的求学精神、敬业精神、善于思考、尊师重道等人类应有的优秀品质对高职生的教育作用。

| Abstract: | Humanism in literal works plays a very important role in personality education of vocational college students.Excellent characters from Sunwukong in classic works Journey to the West are the valuable resource for the teachers to make personality education.The article discusses Sunwukong＇s exploring spirit,profession dedication,being good at thinking etc.,which is helpful to humanistic education in vocational colleges. |
