| 摘 要： | 自主学习能力的培养是教育发展的需要,高职学生只有在英语学习中学会自主学习,才能在学习中有所提高。通过对元认知能力的培养和元认知策略的培训可以使高职学生学会管理自己的学习,进一步提高其英语自主学习的能力。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of the ability of autonomous learning is the need of the educational development,and the students of higher vocational colleges should know how to study autonomously so that they can make some progress in their English learning. With the help of cultivating the ability of metacognition and metacognitive strategies,the students can conduct their studies and enhance the ability of autonomous learning. |
