This text,by discussing experience and lesson in internationalization management of international banking,put forward that the internationalization management is not an only way that each bank survives and develops.The effective strategy to a bank does not mean being successful to other banks.On the native financial market,if one bank can orient its own strategic emphasis accurately,namely core professional ability,and then it is more likely to become a successful and outstanding bank.
