摘    要:工业工程专业作为一门综合性工程学科,重视生产和服务系统的设计分析和优化,而这些系统通常所涉及的人、机、物、法是错综复杂的,且高校能提供的实践、实习机会有限,因此如何提高学生的认识能力和实践能力是急需解决的问题。通过Flexsim软件的教学,一方面可以使学生直观地理解生产和服务系统,提高了学生的学习兴趣,另一方面通过对具体系统的仿真分析,提高了学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。

Abstract:As a comprehensive engineering discipline,industrial engineering pays attention to the design and optimization of production and service systems.These systems are always composed of people,machine,material and method,which is very complex.However,the practice and internship opportunities that the universities can provide are limited.Therefore,how to enhance the ability of cognition and practice of students is the urgent problem.Through the teaching of Flexsim,the students can obtain an intuitive understanding of the system,increase the interest in 1 earning,and improve the ability of analyzing and solving problems by simulation analysis.
