道位利用率的优化设计与Flexsim仿真

摘    要:随着我国汽车市场的快速发展,物流行业也在高速的发展,规模日益壮大。业务量的剧增,使得公司的道位使用越来越紧张,道位资源逐渐成为公司发展的瓶颈。通过分析安吉道位利用情况(道位的设备、车辆的满载、预调度)等,讨论通过技术的改进、信息化的普及、流程再造、引进新技术对道位进行进一步优化设计。最后运用Flexsim仿真以及道位利用率的效益分析,表明优化后的道位能提高现今公司的道位利用率。

Abstract:With the rapid development of China's auto market,logistics industries also have a rapid development as well as growing scale.The sharp increase in the volume of business,making use of the company's road usage more nervous,and road resources are becoming a bottleneck in the development of the company.By analyzing the utilization of road usage about Angie (road device,loaded with vehicles,pre-scheduling),etc.,discussed further design of road by improvements in technology,the popularity of information technology,process reengineering,introduction of new technologies.Finally,the use of Flexsim simulation and the utilization of road benefit analysis shows that the optimized road have a potential to improve the efficiency of recent road.
