| 摘 要： | 物流管理专业是一个应用型很强的专业，经济的快速发展大大增加了对物流管理人才的需求，尤其是物流管理的技能型人才。文中在研究我国物流产业人才供需不平衡的状况的基础上，分析了我国物流管理技能型人才的理论知识和实践能力的素质要求，进而探讨了技能型人才应该具备的能力结构，从而提出了针对我国中、高职物流管理专业技能型人才培养方案的建设性意见。

| Abstract: | Logistics Management is an application -based highly professional,rapid economic development has greatly increased the demand for logistics management talent,especially in logistics management skilled personnel. Based on the study of China＆#39;s logistics industry talent supply and demand imbalance on the analysis of China＆#39;s logistics management skills,talents theoretical knowledge and practical ability of quality requirements,and then discusses the skilled personnel should have the ability to structure,and thus made for in our country,vocational skills constructive comments logistics management personnel training programs. |
