摘    要:许多家族企业通过初期创业发展,现在进入再次创业阶段,但却面临创业者年龄老化等问题,同时由于传统的家族管理模式,使企业在接班传承时存在不少问题。接班人成为当前影响家族企业可持续发展的重要因素,家族企业必须从战略高度上培养优秀接班人,成功实现新老交替,才能实现企业的顺利发展。
