超声波手术器械清洗技术研究与应用

摘    要:超声波清洗技术是利用超声波发生器和换能器产生的空化效应对物体进行清洗,可以有效解决手术器械中器械关节、管腔内壁等不方便用毛刷刷洗部位的清洗问题。利用超声波清洗这一特点,结合先进的机、光、液、声、电一体化技术,研发出全自动超声波手术器械清洗机,经医院临床实际应用,较好地解决了手术器械清洗难题。

Abstract:The ultrasonic wave cleaning technique can be used to clean objects due to the cavitate effect generated by ultrasonic generator and energy converter,which effectively solves the problem of cleaning of machine joints and inner faces of tubes of chemical tools.We developed a full-automatic ultrasonic cleaner based on both the ultrasonic cleaning characteristics and mechanism,optics,hydro-mechanics,acoustics and electrics techniques.The full-automatic ultrasonic cleaner is proved to be effective by hospitals.
