| 摘 要： | 金融约束是金融发展中较为前沿的问题,其理论对发展中国家金融发展有重要的借鉴价值。我国目前的金融政策并不完全是金融约束,而是“金融约束”与“金融抑制”的混合状态。根据我国金融发展的实际情况,应采取有效措施促进金融深化发展。

| Abstract: | Financial restraint is a frontier issue in finance theory and has important reference valuefor developing countries in the financial development. The paper rent function in financial restraint,and framework rent effect in China's financial development.It concludes that present financial policy is not totally financial restraint.In view of China's financial conditions,the paper works out some practical policies. |
