| 摘 要： | 根据西北铁路的目前状况，分析研究了铁路向物流业发展应选择渐进式的发展战略，以产权为纽带，实现多种形式的铁路企业资产重组，推进铁路信息网络的建设及加快发展第三方物流的铁路物流发展方式。以上分析为西北铁路物流的发展提供了借鉴。
