技术创新乘数效应的运行机理与政策启示

Study on the Emergence Mechanism of the Multiplicative Effect in Technological Innovation

Technological innovation is important source of economic growth,but the multiplicative effect in technological innovation is still an important theoretical issue for us to explore.Technological innovation lead multiplier effect of economic development from technology proliferation,and technology innovation diffusion is a process that the technology innovation is accepted and spread among the potential users in some way.An examination of the working mechanism of the multiplicative effect in technological innovation can reveal that such an effect,which dovetails with the organization carriers like those of Fordism,Toyota Production System and Wintelism,is caused by the coordination between such factors as the economies of scale,economies of scope,economies of connection,and economies of speed.The analysis of multiplicative effect in technological innovation may disclose the success and default of technique innovation behavior in China to raise the technique innovation efficiency.China is growing into an open economic power,should obey the internal rule of technology innovation,play up the advantages of large country＇s economy and late-development,to make full play of the multiplicative effect in technological innovation.
