后金融危机时期的中国经济发展战略选择

本文以＂后金融危机＂为背景,具体分析了2009年中国经济金融运行的特点,重点阐述了2009年中国巨额放贷之因和巨额投资之谜。在客观分析目前中国经济＂两难＂问题的基础上,提出了突出科学发展、建设和谐社会的政策取向、合理确定经济增长速度、积极推动国际货币体系改革、有效管理好社会流动性及建立专业而权威的经济决策机构等政策建议。

The Economic Development Strategic Choice for China in the Period of Post-Financial Crisis

Taking "Post-Financial crisis" as the background,this paper specifically analyzed the characteristics of China's economy and finance and focused on the causes of gigantic loans and puzzles of the massive investment in 2009.On the basis of analyzing the dilemma of China's economy objectively,the paper brought forward a series of policy recommendations: emphasizing the policy tendency of scientific development and constructing harmonious society,rationally determining the rate of economic growth,actively promoting the reform of the international monetary system,effectively managing the social mobility,building professional and authoritative economic decision-making bodies and so on.
