| 摘 要： | 湖南农业生态环境相对良好,但农村和农业人口对资源环境压力大、自然生态环境恶化、农业灾害加剧以及土壤污染较重等问题对农业生态安全仍存在较大威胁;针该省农业生态安全现状和面临的上述问题,提出了加大生物修复技术、废水处理和资源化技术的研究开发、推行清洁生产技术体系、加强环境法制建设和产业监督、调整能源结构以及完善生态防护林体系等建设途径。

| Abstract: | Hunan is in superior natural conditions and ecological environment.However,some threats to agricultural ecological securities still exists in this province,such as pressure from large rural population,deterioration of natural environment and more frequent happening of floods and droughts,and soil pollution,etc.Aiming to solve the problems above,some countermeasures are put forward,namely,to increase input in research and development of biological recovering technologies and waste using technologies,to set up legal protection system for environmental construction and industry monitoring,to adjust the structure of energy consumption and to set up ecological protection forest system. |
