The flaws existing in the structure of property- rights of state - owned banks

The reform of the state-owned banks in China for years has not touched the problem of the single state-owned property rights.The single structure of property rights cannot avoid the outside intervention and low efficiency,which prevent the progress of state-owned banks commercialization.This article analyze the five flaws resulting from the single structure of property rights,then conclude that diversification is the only way of state-owned banks commercialization.
