广西高职院校旅游专业“一体三翼”实践教学体系的构建

文章从广西高职院校旅游专业的发展背景和发展现状出发,剖析了其实践教学存在的问题。借鉴"一体三翼"实践教学体系的特点,从教学计划制订、教师队伍建设和实训基地拓展等方面提出了广西高职院校旅游专业实践教学体系构建的措施。这对于培养具有一定理论知识和较强实践能力,面向基层岗位的高技能应用型人才,满足广西建设"旅游大省"和北部湾经济区开发建设的人才需求,最终建立和完善广西高职院校旅游专业的实践教学体系都有着积极的意义。

The Construction of "One-body and three-wing" Practical Teaching System for Tourism Major of Guangxi Vocational Colleges

Taking the development background and status quo of tourism major of Guangxi vocational colleges as a started point,the paper analyzes some problems in practical teaching.On the basis of the features of "One-body and three-wing" practical teaching system,the paper proposes measures to build a practical teaching system of tourism major of Guangxi vocational colleges from three perspectives,the formulation of teaching plan,the building of teaching group and the extension of training base,which has profound significance for cultivating talents who combine theory with practice and satisfy the need for grass-root positions and the construction of "Tourism Province" and the Beibu Gulf Economic Development Zone in Guangxi and for improving the teaching system eventually.
