| 摘 要： | 加强党的制度建设与创新是时代发展的必然要求。思想上培育制度建设与创新的观念,组织上加强党的民主集中制和选举制建设创新,作风上强化党内监督体制建设,不断完善与创新对基层组织制度建设的领导,才能从根本上提高党的执政能力,永远保持党的先进性本质。

| Abstract: | Reinforcing the construction and innovation of Communist Party's system is an inevitable request of our era.We should establish a concept of system's construction and innovation in our minds,strengthen the innovation of democratic centralism and election system in organization,and reinforce the construction and innovation of the inner supervision system in style,continuously improving the leadership to the system construction of grass roots to enhance the ruling capacity of our Party radically and maintain the advanced character in essence forever. |
