中小企业人力资源管理模式的实证研究

摘    要:
本文以89家企业为样本,分析了我国中小企业所采用的人力资源管理模式。分析结果表明,企业家的私人网络是中小企业招聘核心员工的主要渠道,在职培训是主要培训方式,对员工的激励以短期物质激励和认可两种方式为主。

Abstract:
This paper carries out analysis into the mode of HRM of small and mediumsized businesses in China based on a sample of 89 corporations.The result of research indicates that the main channel of recruiting key employees is through private network, onthejob training is the major way of training, and the ways to encourage the employees is realized through shortterm incentives and recognition.
