| 摘 要： | 0引言众所周知,指纹、足印、手枪子弹、射击特性及其头发、声音、血液、精液、DNA或者衣服上的纤维都可以作为犯罪证据。上述犯罪证据部分可直接在犯罪现场获取,另一些需要在警局或化验室才能获得，然后对这些证据进行分析和识别，以帮助抓获罪犯。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a method of lip print recognition using the Dynamic Time Warping（DTW） algorithm.The presented method consists of two stages.In the first stage lip print image is subjected to pre - processing which aims to distinct the lip pattern.In the second stage features extraction is performed by generation of the lip pattern image projections： horizontal,vertical and oblique（angle of 45°and 135°）.The resulting projections are then compared with each other using the DTW algorithm.Tests were conducted for lip print images acquired from 30 individuals.The results are satisfactory and suggest the possibility of using the method in forensic identification systems. |
