| 摘 要： | 民办教育是我国整个教育体系的重要组成部分,民办院校教育教学质量的提高依赖于教师队伍的建设。该文从当前民办院校教师存在的问题、原因以及解决措施三方面阐述了民办院校师资队伍的建设问题。

| Abstract: | Non-governmental education is an important component of the whole education system in china.Whether the teaching quality in private colleges and universities can be improved depends greatly on the construction of teacher contingent.This paper expounds the construction nowadays in non-governmental education mainly from three aspects which are the existing problems,their causes and the solutions. |
