| Abstract: | Developing the west and promoting the regional economic structural adjustment is the key aspect of the economic structural adjustment of China. As one of the unsubstitutable means for distributing resources by the government, effective weight on the fair allocation of the income, basic tool for the macro adjustment and control, the rational use of the financial policy will be sure to greatly promote the harmonious development of the regional economy. |
