| 摘 要： | 军事物流在保障军队作战和完成多样化军事任务中具有重要的作用。实施高效的物流保障离不开高素质的人才队伍。本文从新军事变革对物流人才要求入手,分析了军事物流人才应具有的知识结构,对构建军事物流学科理论体系、改革我军军事物流人才培训模式进行初步探讨。

| Abstract: | Military Logistics have vital function in ensuring military operations and the diversification military mission.The efficient logistics security can not be separated from high-quality personnel team.Starting from the requirements of the revolution in military affairs to the logistics personnel,this paper analysis the necessary knowledge structure for them,and preliminary study constructing theoretical system of military logistics subject and reforming the military logistics personnel training mode. |
