茂名小良生态经济发展的模糊数学评价

“生态”与“经济”的协调发展是区域可持续发展的永恒主题,茂名小良水保站是一个客观存在的生态经济实体。文章通过大量的实地调研,应用生态经济学的原理和模糊数学的方法,对小良区域生态经济系统的发展状况进行综合评价,旨在科学定量地评价小良当前生态经济发展现状,为综合评价和谋划区域生态经济发展提供一种新方法和思路,探索一条切实可行的集保护、恢复与开发利用于一体的有效途径,促进小良生态、经济、社会的可持续发展。

FUZZY MATHEMATICAL ASSESSMENT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF ECOLOGICAL ECONOMY IN XIAOLIANG,MAOMING

The eternal theme of regional sustainable development is the coordinated development of "ecologic" and "economy".The water and soil conservation station in Xiaoliang,Maoming is an objective ecologically economic entity.Through a large amount of field investigations,this paper applied the theory in ecological economics and the method of fuzzy mathematics for the comprehensive evaluation of the development situation of the ecologically economic system in Xiaoliang region.The aim of this paper is the scientific and quantitative assessment of the current situation of the development of the ecological economics in Xiaoliang,which will provide a new method for the comprehensive evaluation and the planning of the ecologically economic development.An effective and practical method including them all from protecting,recovering,developing and utilizing is explored to promote the sustainable development of the ecological environment,the economics,and the society in Xiaoliang.
