| Abstract: | Starting at analyzing the potential functions of the institute library in island , this paper puts forward that the new service idea must be set up, the new service patterns must be explored, the special cultural service must be provided with so that the full advantage of the university library in island can be expanded. Put up the sharing phfform of island culture and information resources and put the information service for the whole society into effect. |
