| Abstract: | Through the research of the connotation and the evaluation index of the "grain security",the Hunan grain security situation and the problems faced have been analyzed in the article.Furthermore,this paper puts forward strategy and measures for protecting the Hunan grain security from many aspects such as the policies and regulations,protection of farmland,agricultural science and technology progress and grain production environment construction etc. |
