| 摘 要： | 结合实际就采油厂在油田开发工程造价管理中价值工程的原理进行了阐述,并结合实际案例就价值工程在油田开发工程造价管理设计阶段、施工阶段、招投标阶段的应用进行了分析。通过开展价值工程活动,对提高采油厂油田开发工程的总体效益,降低开发工程寿命周期成本起到积极作用。

| Abstract: | According to the practice in the oil production factory of oilfield,an explanation is given to the principle of value engineering in the cost management of oilfield development projects.Then an analysis is carried out about the application of value engineering to the stages of design,construction and bidding invitation in the cost management of oilfield development projects.Therefore,conducting the value engineering campaign plays an active part in the improvement of the whole benefits of oilfield development projects in oil production factories,and in the reduction of life cycle costs of development projects. |
