| Abstract: | Development of travel human resource is the basic motive of the travel industry to develop quickly, work well to have got the important meaning to the district economic take-off. The author thinks that the key to the development of tourist industry in ethnic minority area in western Hunan lies in the development of the human resources. By analyzing the significance of exploiting tourist human resources and discussing the current situation and existing problems of exploiting the tourist human resources in western Hunan .The paper puts forward the countermeasures for exploiting the tourist human resources in ethnic minority area in western Hunan. |
