| 摘 要： | 党的十六大提出了全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标,全面建设小康的关键在西部地区,没有西部的小康,就没有全国人民的小康.西部地区的发展状况如何,对全面建设小康社会和实现现代化,具有至关重要的意义.西部地区小康建设的相应对策是:不断进行制度创新,营造良好环境,形成加快发展的浓厚氛围,完善和落实国家扶持西部地区的政策性措施,加强西部地区的生态环境建设;调整西部地区的产业结构,大力发展具有鲜明特色的优势产业.

| Abstract: | The sixteenth congress of CPC put forward the goal to build a welloff society in an all-round way.Its key lies in western region.If there are not a well-off society in western region,there are not going to be a well-off society in the whole country.It is very important to develop the western region.In order to build a well-off society in western region,the countermeasures are:develop new system continuously;create a good environment and make a faster developing phenomenon;perfect country's countermeasure of helping western area;fasten to build the ecological environment;strongly develop characteristic advantage production. |
