| 摘 要： | 五年制大专生管理具有自身的特殊性，他们既不同于中学生，也不同于大学生。因此对于他们的管理，必须遵循教育规律，必须按教育学、心理学揭示的科学规律进行管理。为适应时代发展的要求，顺应新时期自由精神的需要，体现“以人为本”的教育管理理念，本文从五年制大专生的特点出发，给出了五年制大专生班级学生自主管理的一些方法。

| Abstract: | The management of 5-year college students has its own uniqueness. These students are both different from the middle school students and the university students. Therefore, the management for these students should follow the law of education and the scientific law of education, psychology. To meet the requirements of the times and the demand of modern time free spirit and embody the ＂people-oriented＂ teaching management philosophy, starting from the characteristics of 5-year college students, the paper proposes some 5-year college student self-management ways. |
