With China's entry into WTO,China's economy will be gradually integrated into the world economy,which brings China a historical opportunity that will be benefit not only to the establishment of the modern enterprises system and the improvement of Chinese people's living conditions,but also to the balanced development beween agriculture,forestry and livestock farming,and to the ecological environment.But,there are also challenges accompying the process that need not to be neglected,which requires the government to change its function to dedicate to environmental innovation and the establishment of social market economy system that is up to the international standard,so that China may realize repid economic development depending on the development of science and education.
