| Abstract: | Implementing logistics outsourcing is an important foundation for MNCs in the host country to obtain a competitive advantage. The paper analyzes the motives, business of logistics outsourcing, logistics service providers MNCs selecting, and the impact of logistics outsourcing on MNCs. Based on those, it puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures for Chinese ＂going out＂ enterprises in the host country to implement logistics strategy better. |
