| 摘 要： | 在分析科技型中小企业融资需求特点及我国科技型中小企业融资现状的基础上,本文指出了中小企业板块还不能完全适应科技型中小企业的融资需求.针对科技型中小企业具有特色的融资需求,报告指出,中小企业板需在发行审核、信息披露、市场监管及产品创新方面进一步加大创新力度,为科技型中小企业改制上市提供"绿色通道"和便利.

| Abstract: | This paper brought in proposals on how SME Board could improve its system to better tackle the finance demand of SMEs in hi-tech sector. The proposal results from a series of surveys of the SMEs in terms of their demand and the status quo in finance. Given the characteristics of their demands, it is pointed out that innovation should be taken in listing examination, disclosure, market surveillance and new product development and expeditious tract should be set up to address the needs of SMEs. |
