论我国农地制度非市场化取向的合理性

农地制度是各相关方的正式博弈规则,它的合理与否对尚处于工业化进程中的中国而言,从根本上影响着广大农村社会的稳定、和谐。因而,要辨别农地制度的合理,性自然不能简单的从微观效率出发。同时,这一正式制度的制定也必然有其现实依据,笔者则以粮食安全为基点,以中央、地方和农民三方博弈的视角辨析了目前我国的农地制度的合理性。

On the Rationality of the Non - marketalization of Farmland Institution in Our Country

Farmland institution is the formal game rules for each relevant side.Whether it is rational or not affects the stability and harmony of the countryside of China which is still in the course of industrialization.Therefore,identification of the rationality of the farmland institution can not rely on microcosmic efficiency only.At the same time the establishment of the formal institution must have realistic evidence.Based on foodstuff safety,the writer analyzes the rationality of China's present-day farmland institution from the perspective of the game among the three sides of the central government,the local government and farmers.
