| 摘 要： | 物流产业是一个极具潜力的新兴产业，近几年来国内外学者对物流产业的发展作了大量研究。对物流产业的界定，物流产业的边界，以及物流产业的特征问题研究作了简单回顾，以期为理论界的进一步发展提供理论基础，为产业界提供理论支撑以及为政府政策制定提供理论依据。
