The Analysis on the Defects in Venture Capital System |

| Abstract: | Since the 1990s venture capital has never met such setbacks as now,which makes it undergo a period of slow development. Many defects in this system have been also explored, as it is approved by the theoretical circles that venture capital can help to meet the needs of venture financing and management in the accordance with the trend of the economic growth. |
