高端装备制造业技术创新效率评价指标体系的构建

摘    要:高端装备制造业作为资本和技术密集型产业,是制造业的高端领域,是国家重点支持的七大战略性新兴产业之一。技术创新在高端装备制造业发展壮大的过程中占有非常重要的作用。将技术创新分为两个过程三个阶段,既可以分阶段构建指标体系,也可以构建综合评价指标体系,既可以测度技术创新阶段的效率,也可以测度技术创新的综合效率,为包括高端装备制造业在内的资本和技术密集型行业的技术创新效率评价提供新的思路。

Abstract:As a capital-intensive and technology-intensive industry , the high-end equipment manufacturing is in the high-end field of the equipment manufacturing industries , and it is also one of the seven strategic new industries of the state . Technology innovation have been playing an important role in the development of the high-end equipment manufacturing . We divide technology innovation into three steps , so we can build a periodic or comprehensive index system and we can assess periodic or comprehensive efficiency . All above provide a new train of thought for assessing technical efficiency in capital-intensive and technology-intensive industries,including high-end equipment manufacturing.
