摘 要: | “按需设岗 ,竞争上岗 ,聘期考核 ,契约管理”目前已基本成为高校教师职务聘任的工作原则。从我国高校教师职务聘任经历的五个阶段看 ,仍然存在着影响教师职务聘任、聘期及聘约管理的若干因素。必须加强对教师职务聘任工作的系统认识

Abstract: | At present,"set up a post according to meed,take on a post by competition,assess teachers in duration and manage them by contracts" has become the principles for teachers' appointment in universities. From the five periods of teachers' appointment,there still exist some problems which influence the management of teachers' appointment,duration and contracts. We should strengthen the understanding of the work of teachers' appointment. |
