| 摘 要： | 在对标准普尔评级的10大潜力新药入选原因的分析的基础上,提出明确新药的功能价值分类,同时汇总了四种新药功能价值的评估方法,为价值工程在新药研发中的应用提供了理论支持。目前国内研发实力薄弱、研发投入不断增加,采用功能价值评估,深入挖掘新药功能价值,才能更有效地利用研发投入,实现新药研发形势的稳步改善。
