| 摘 要： | 业态是营业的形态。基于业态视角的港口物流侧重复合性、聚合性和服务性。港口物流的服务对象从宏观上看是整个国民经济，从微观上来看是利用港口这个物流节点进行国际物流活动的各相关方。港口物流经营模式有五种。港口物流有四大发展趋势，分别是产业专业化、运作规模化、管理柔性化和服务合作化。

| Abstract: | Format is the shape of the business. Based on the format perspective, the port logistics emphasis on compound, cohesiveness and service. On macroscopic, the entire national economy is service object of the port logistics .On the microscopic, the relevant party in international logistics activities is service object of the port logistics, taking the port as logistics nodes. There are five kinds of port logistics operation mode. There are four development trend of port logistic. It is respectively industry specialization, operation scale, flexible management and service cooperation. |
