船舶建造企业供应链系统的分析与优化

造船行业是典型的大型单件小批制造行业，占用流动资金大，造船周期长，产品结构复杂，定制性等复杂性使船舶制造企业面临着很多风险，如原材料价格波动、供应商无法正常交货等，这些都直接严重影响着企业的生产效率，因此船舶制造企业的供应链管理急需发挥作用。文中通过对船舶制造行业物流信息资料的收集，分析研究了国际船舶制造行业的发展趋势及我国船舶制造业物流管理的现状。通过对船舶企业的相关数据（中国船舶工业集团采购模式研究等）和实际状况进行定性和定量分析，以寻求不断改善企业作业活动、提高业绩。

Ship Building Enterprise Supply Chain System Analysis and Optimization

A vessel is a complicated and integrated system. All the complicacy including customization have caused shipbuilding enterprises to face many risks, such as the price fluctuation of raw materials, delayed delivery of material supply, etc, all of which will directly and severely affect the efficiency of production activities, In this regard, it is strongly desired that supply chain management in shipbuilding enterprise must play its role properly and effectively. Therefore, it becomes vitally important to national shipbuilding enterprises and the whole Chinese shipbuilding industry to avoid potential risks and make effecient control of the plan execution as well as to secure the expected target profit.This thesis has made thorough analysis to construction reality. Taking storage control for instance, it is a fact that currently an enterprise＇s actual storage of material is not achieved by calculation therefore leading to many problems： occupied capital and increasing wastage etc. We can make statistics of the standard spares consumed last year and get the demand difference, which represents the estimation deviation and the uncertainty of supplier delivery. Besides, we aim to improving enterprise＇s operation activities as well as to increasing achievements by comparison of current enterprise achievements with the best existing records available.
