| 摘 要： | 通过分析物流产业发展不平衡对人才需求的变化，认为高层次人才物流的缺口越来越大，地方性本科院校以应用型人才培养的目标也应该适应市场对人才的需求变化来培养研究型本科物流人才，才能达到为市场储备人才，同时为学生进行研究型学习打下基础。文中也给出了进行研究型人才培养的途径。
