| 摘 要： | 物流金融是现阶段解决中小型企业融资困难有效的途径，这个途径中存在管理风险。文中以物流金融实施三种形式下的管理风险控制步骤为主线，对面临的风险进行了具体的分析，并针对这些风险提出了明确的解决方法，为政府、银行、生产商和经销商四方在物流金融合作，构建长效合作机制提供思路。
