广东新型城市化进程评价研究

新型城市化作为深刻影响21世纪人类发展的课题之一,将是影响我国现代化的重要方面,也将对全球生态系统、经济发展及人类生活产生深刻影响。本文从新型城市化的内涵出发,构建了一套较为完整的新型城市化指标体系,借鉴现代化标准研究,参考世界各国指标数据,得出新型城市化进程标准,运用层次分析法和功效系数法对广东省及21个地区新型城市化进程进行综合评价。其结果表明:广东新型城市化总体水平相对较高,但新型城市化评价指标体系中各指标之间的差异较大,新型城市化区域发展水平也极不平衡,应引起广东各级政府的高度重视。

Research on the Evaluation of New Urbanization Process in Guangdong

As a task concerning profound impact on human development of the 21st century, urbanization will be an important aspect of China＇s modernization. It will also have a profound impact on the global eco - system, economic development and human life. In this paper, we constitute a relatively complete set of index system of the new urbanization from new urbanization connotation, while drawing on research of modem standards and learning from the world indicator data to come to a standard, as measured by the process of new urbanization. We also use the Analytic Hierarchy Process and efficiency coefficient to evaluate the new urbaniza- ng Province and 21 regions. The results are as follows： the overall level of new urbani- zation in Guangdong Province is relatively high, levels of new urbanization among the cities show large differences, and the levels of development of the new urbanization among regions present imbalance, so Guangdong governments at all levels should lead to a high degree of attention.
